Salim Khan is the Chief Executive Officer at Hussain Consulting, catering to a diversified client base. He is mainly responsible for strategic human resource consultancy. Prior to this, Salim worked with ICI Pakistan Limited in the sphere of Corporate HR, Organizational Development and a Trainer. Salim holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Occidental College.

Shakeib has 25 years of experience in engineering, consulting and project management with a focus on clean energy. He started his career with the UK Atomic Energy Authority and later worked at CERN (the European centre for nuclear research), McKinsey & Company and ITER (the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor). His early career concentrated on engineering studies in alternative energy. Subsequently, he moved into technical management, overseeing the development of components for large-scale (multi-billion dollar) energy infrastructure. At McKinsey he worked on technology strategy in the energy sector, advising on R&D priorities, strategic alliances, intellectual property, organisation design and change management. Subsequently, he partnered in a private equity initiative to develop energy infrastructure in the Middle East and South Asia regions, with a focus on project finance. Shakeib holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, a master's degree in fusion energy and a doctorate in control systems, from Oxford University.

Mr. Bilal Shaukat is a seasoned legal professional with extensive and diversified experience, particularly in the power sector, mining, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Over the years, he has served as legal advisor and counsel to numerous companies, where he has played a key role in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex legal and commercial transactions. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and strategic legal planning has made him a trusted advisor in high-stakes projects and transactions. Mr. Shaukat's addition to the Board of Directors brings a strong legal and governance perspective, further strengthening the company's leadership and its commitment to compliance, risk management, and sustainable growth.
